Once processed, your order moves swiftly into dispatch.

🚀 Delivery Timeframe

Prepaid Orders: Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days after dispatch.

COD Orders: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders — no minimums, no conditions.

🧾 COD (Cash on Delivery)

Prefer paying at your doorstep? No worries.

COD is available with a ₹200 additional handling charge.

We always confirm your availability before dispatch to avoid delivery issues.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, and you can also track your order in real-time using our tracking page on the website.

🕒 Delays & Exceptions

We aim for timely delivery — always. But in rare cases (like weather delays or courier disruptions), we’ll inform you proactively and ensure the necessary action is taken. If required, refunds will be initiated as per situation.

📹 What If My Package Is Damaged?

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

If your package appears damaged or tampered, please do not open it.

Take a clear video and share it with our support team.

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution.

🚫 COD Rejections & Redelivery

To keep our processes smooth:

If a COD order is rejected with a valid reason, we’ll attempt one final redelivery.

Repeated rejections may result in temporary suspension of COD for your account.
