At VastraMohe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility:

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, with original tags and packaging

  • Sarees with fall/pico/blouse stitching, customized products, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Process:

  • Contact us at vastramohe@gmail.comĀ or via WhatsApp with your order ID and reason

  • We will guide you through the return shipping process

Refunds:

  • Refunds processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
