We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how our cancellation process works:
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Time Frame:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by emailing us at vastramohe@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp
Conditions:

Orders eligible for cancellation must not be dispatched or customized

Full refund (including shipping) will be processed back to your original payment method
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You can still initiate a return for eligible products after receiving the order (refer to our Return & Exchange Policy).
3. Made-to-Order & Customized Products

No cancellation is allowed for:

Products with blouse stitching
-
Fall/pico/hemming services
-
Custom size or personalized requests

4. Failed Delivery or Non-Acceptance
If a prepaid order is undelivered due to incorrect address, repeated missed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept:

The order will be marked as "Return to Origin"

Refund will be processed after deducting two-way shipping charges (actual courier cost)
